Shipping

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, often same-day but generally within three business days of receipt. Upon dispatch, tracking information is provided via your selected communication method(s) at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based upon your order contents and destination address.

Standard Shipping utilizes USPS, UPS, or FedEx services, via what we deem the most efficient method possible for your destination and the contents of your order.

UNITED STATES

Orders of $250.00 or more that ship to a single US destination are eligible for Free Standard Shipping.

Expedited Shipping options via UPS are available at checkout.

We ship to all fifty states, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All shipping to international addresses is currently suspended at this time.

We intend to reestablish international shipping at a later date. Please contact the studio directly with any questions. Thank you for your understanding.

 

GIFTS or OTHER COMPLEX ORDERS

If you would like to place a gift order or you require some other complex shipment (for instance, multiple items shipping to multiple addresses) please note HOLD FOR SPECIAL HANDLING or similar in the Special Instructions box in your Cart prior to Checkout. Orders which state to HOLD will not be shipped until after we contact you for direction.

Gift orders include complimentary note cards with custom messages and additional special handling when necessary. Orders which include the gift message in the Special Instructions box and require no further direction will be shipped immediately.

For multiple address shipments, please purchase all your items in one transaction and notate HOLD in your Cart as aforementioned. Choose your preferred shipping service at Checkout. To expedite fulfillment, you can reply to your order confirmation with a shipping manifest. If any additional shipping fees are then required, an invoice will be generated prior to dispatch.
